Ideal was a private label or store brand soda that was sold exclusively at Acme supermarkets. The brand had several different flavors, including basic cola, lemon lime, orange, root beer, grape, and ginger ale.
The Ideal logo is based off of the same logo that Acme markets was using at the time, which was changed in 1981. The Ideal brand stopped appearing in Acme's advertisements halfway through that same year.
