Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream is a Strawberries & Cream flavor of Dr Pepper and has a brown look, having a comparable tasting flavor and color to that of Dr Pepper Berries & Cream.
History[]
In Late-September/Early October 2022, Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream was first leaked by an Instagram user named Markie_devo, showing two images of Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream. The first image depicts a 20-ounce Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream alongside another new Sunkist flavor, Sunkist Watermelon Lemonade, and the second image shows a release month of February 2023 with a 20-ounce bottle size and a 12-pack size and a Zero Sugar variant.
In January 2023, The Dr Pepper Perks program posted a sip kit for a chance to try a new permanent mystery flavor for 750 points to taste test. It then was theorized that it could be the Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream flavor due to some fans finding it early in its permanent release, although this was unjustified at the time.
On February 1st, 2023, Keurig Dr Pepper confirmed in a press release that Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream is becoming part of its permanent lineup portfolio, joining many flavors, such as 2020s Dr Pepper & Cream Soda, 2017s Dr Pepper Vanilla Float and others. Like Dr Pepper & Cream Soda, Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream is also releasing alongside a Zero Sugar variant in 12-packs and 20-ounce bottles.
It was officially released to stores nationwide in the United States on February 1st, 2023, as a permanent flavor and was available in various sizes, such as 20-ounce bottles and 12-packs.
Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream Zero Sugar[]
Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream Zero Sugar, released at the same time as its regular counterpart, has been sold in 20-ounce bottles and 12-packs. This zero-sugar variation was intended to taste close to the full-sugar variant as possible without any sugar. Similar to some other Zero Sugar flavors, its design style is much like the regular Zero Sugar but has a pink and black design with the Strawberries & Cream logo.

- A similar flavor called Dr Pepper Strawberry was released in 2018 only in the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines, having a Strawberry flavor without the cream.
