Diet Coke Black Cherry Vanilla was a Diet Coke flavor that was released alongside Coca-Cola Black Cherry Vanilla in stores in January 2006, in the United States and Canada in response to the increasing popular demand for Black Cherry Vanilla and to replace Coca-Cola Vanilla after low sales. In May 2007, Coca-Cola Vanilla was re-released due to high demand resulting in Diet Coke Black Cherry Vanilla and Coca-Cola Black Cherry Vanilla to be discontinued in summer 2007 in both countries due to a backlash from Coca-Cola Vanilla.

Diet Coke Black Cherry Vanilla was a variant of Diet Coke which was brown in color, similar to Coca-Cola Black Cherry Vanilla and Coca-Cola Cherry Vanilla. Its flavor is the same as Diet Coke, but with added Black Cherry Vanilla flavor.
